Caviar

Viva Gourmet currently offers a selection of three caviars; Beluga, Osetra and Sevruga. Ninety percent of the world's caviar production originates from three species living in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea: Beluga (largest), Osetra (medium-sized), and Sevurga (petite). It is not a coincidence that these varieties of caviar rank foremost among connoisseurs throughout the world. These caviars are clear and glossy, with a color scale extending from light gray to jet-black. The term "Malossol" on the lid means "little salt" (it does not designate a specific variety).
