Ground lamb is perfect for everything from burgers to moussaka ! Domestic lamb is more flavorful than many imported varieties. The anderson family has been farming in the Oregon Hills in the Willamette valley for years. The raise a lamb variety original;lay from England that is a prized meat breed – not a wool breed. The lambs are allowed to graze freely on native plants in the fresh air, the difference is notable.
