How to Prep/Store

This  6.35 oz jar is the perfect size to dress a pound of pasta or serve with bruschetta and cheeses. It will be a welcome addition to your pantry. Refrigerate after opening. As with all pestos, pour some fresh oil on top to retain freshness and color.

Recipe Ideas

For a quick appetizer . . . take some mini-mozzarella balls (if you can find the really small ones often called mozzarella pearls, great if not use the smallest ones you can OR cut fresh mozzarella into bite-size pieces). Toss with Trentasette Genovese pesto. Serve on an attractive plate with toothpicks and grape tomatoes. A no-mess bruschetta! Don't forget a nice Chianti!
