This makes for a lovely light summer dessert. It also happened to be wonderful with a small scoop of gelato or ice cream in the middle. ( just forget that ‘light’ part then) Do this a few hours ahead so it can chill thoroughly in the fridge and flavors can blend.
Cantaloupe, peaches and blueberries are plentiful all summer and go together so nicely.
Cut up cantaloupe and pit and peel peaches. Put in blender with yogurt and orange liqueur . Blend until Thoroughly blended and Smooth.( no one wants a chunk of cantaloupe in this elegant dessert) Put blender container in regenerator to chill for a few hours. Put blueberries on martini picks and set in refrigerator . When it is time to serve, give the contents a quick spin in the blender and pour into martini or other decorative glasses. Garnish with the blueberry picks and serve!
You can also pass a plate of macaroons on the side.
