Caprese salad with a twist! ( and cocktail party friendly!)
Toss 1/2 mozzarella “pearls” ( the really tiny fresh mozzarella balls) with Trentasette Red Pesto with truffle. Toss the other half with Trentasette Genovese pesto with truffle. Half heirloom tomatoes. Toast some fresh bread …pour a glass of your favorite Big Red and enjoy! Really doesn’t get any easier… take any leftovers and add to some fresh cooked and drained pasta , add some bite size prosciutto if you have some and a few artichoke hearts and now you have dinner too!)
