Chop greens and sauté in olive oil in large skillet until wilted. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
- Grate cheeses into a bowl and toss with the flour to coat.( or substitute a sprinkle of cornstarch or gluten free mix if desired)
- Stir cream or half and half into skillet and simmer for several minutes to thicken slightly.
- Stir in cheese and simmer for a minute. ( stirring)
Finally stir in the truffle sauce.
Serve- in your favorite serving bowl garnished with a few fresh greens.
