There are things better than a spiral cut ham for your celebration.
Up your game this year and serve fresh domestic lamb or Berkshire pork racks. The whole racks are both delicious and incredibly easy to prepare. ( unless you just didn’t have enough mass-produced spiral ham over the holidays)
A whole rack of domestic lamb makes a wonderful ( and traditional) Easter dinner. It is so elegant served whole or can’t be easier carved into chops on the grill. Why bother with a MESSY leg of lamb- go for the gold the whole rack.
Okay- so you’ve got folks who think they don’t like lamb.
Go for a whole rack of Berkshire pork. Same ease and beauty of presentation. Roast whole and carve tableside or simply carve chops and grill.
Spring is in the air! Passover and Easter Spring celebrations abound. Enjoy a wonderful time with your family and friends around the table. High-quality meat makes such a difference. It is also time for wild ramps, and fiddlehead ferns so why not get creative and really celebrate the season of Spring and the newness it offers? ( and just MAYBE the morel mushrooms will be available)
